Every one of them told me they could not take the job. Alex was the only company that agreed to come out, and Alex was the technician who handled it. Alex diagnosed the issue quickly, explained what needed to be done in clear terms, and completed the repair the same visit. The dryer has been working properly since. He was professional, thorough, and treated the stacked setup with care instead of turning the job away.
